Add mattermost-mcp Helm chart

Wraps cloud-ru-tech/mcp-server-mattermost (38 tools, HTTP transport, Docker image legard/mcp-server-mattermost) for the corp Mattermost instance, which predates Mattermost's own native MCP support.
