shaandClaude Sonnet 5 d22a3a62cf Bump gitea-mcp chart to 0.1.1

HelmRelease uses reconcileStrategy: ChartVersion, so the entrypoint/
flag fix in the previous commit was never picked up by Flux without
a version bump.
